The service fee covers facility use only. You are responsible for arranging and compensating any clergy, celebrants, or musicians for your service.

Honorariums should be negotiated directly with each service provider
Bay View can assist in providing contact information for local celebrants and musicians
All financial arrangements with clergy and musicians are the responsibility of the applicant

Please discuss fees and payment arrangements when booking your celebrant and musicians.

Policies & Agreement

Bay View Association Chapel Policies:

All services must be sponsored by a Bay View Association member
Clergy must be approved by the Director of Worship
Full payment is required to secure your date
Setup begins 1 hour before service time
Chapel must be vacated within 1 hour after service
No rice, birdseed, or confetti permitted on grounds
Decorations must be approved in advance
Photography guidelines must be followed
